* Unlimited is subject to the fair-use rule in the Terms: in-app sending on Paid and Business is never blocked by a document quota; unusual volume (above 500 completions per seat a month) is reviewed by a person.
API completions include API, embedded signing and MCP, counted once at the first signature per document lineage. Allowances belong to the billing account, regardless of seats, and reset on the first of each month (UTC). Each open API document reserves one completion until it is signed, declined, expired or archived. At the allowance, new API documents pause; documents already sent always finish.
API packs add 50 completions a month for $9.99 / month each. Each added pack costs the full monthly price immediately, with no proration, including during a trial. Removals take effect at renewal. Manage packs in Billing settings.
Every active user is a seat, viewers included. Prices in US dollars. One 14-day trial per account, card required, cancel any time. Correcting a signed document and sending it again never uses a second completion.
Questions people ask
- What counts as a completed document?
- A document counts the first time any signer completes it. A two-signer document counts once, when the first of them finishes. A document that is declined or expires with nobody signing counts nothing. Free accounts get 5 a calendar month (UTC).
- What happens when I reach the free limit?
- New documents cannot be sent until the month resets. Anything already out for signature can still be signed, and everything you have stays where it is. Upgrade at any time from Settings and the limit lifts immediately.
- Do corrections cost a second completion?
- No. Fixing a signed document and sending it out again never uses another completion, and counts as a send. Corrections of already-signed documents are allowed at the completion limit. In-app Resubmit is never blocked by the API allowance.
- How do seats and viewers work?
- Every active person in your account is a seat, including people who only view: $9.99 per seat per month. The free plan is one person. Add or remove seats whenever you like; adding one mid-month is prorated.
- When do plan changes take effect?
- Upgrading from Paid to Business charges the prorated difference now and raises your allowance immediately. Moving from Business to Paid takes effect at renewal, with no credit; you keep Business capacity until then.
- Can I cancel? Do you refund?
- Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. Refunds follow the Terms.
- Is there a per-document fee?
- There are no automatic per-document overage charges. In-app documents on Paid and Business are unlimited, subject to fair use. API capacity is included up to your monthly allowance; you can purchase recurring API packs for more.
